Press Release for Celebrities on Canvas, 2012, Brooks Museum League

For the second year, The Brooks Museum League, support group of Memphis Brooks Museum, is presenting its Celebrities on Canvas Gala Event on Saturday, March 3,  2012, 7 pm. The party features a silent and live auction presenting the paintings of more than 30 noted Memphians from a variety of professions:  media, music, government, business, sports, education, law, etc.   The paintings will be exhibited throughout the museum for bids, with the live auction beginning at 8:30 pm in the museum’s rotunda.
